This is a bespoke experience focussed just on you, not like other courses where you are with a group of strangers. We go at your pace to ensure you get the most benefit from the experience.
Welcome to Flying Without Fear
Our programme is specifically designed for people like you who want to change how they feel about flying. Whether you get a bit jittery or experience full-blown panic, our specialists truly get what you’re going through and will walk alongside you as you learn to understand and overcome those fears.
Our Unique Approach
What sets our programme apart is our realistic simulator, complete cabin seating, so you can experience being inside an aircraft, safe in the knowledge you’ll never leave the ground.
We kick things off with an eye-opening talk that breaks down how planes actually work, the safety systems that protect you, and those strange noises and feelings you might notice during flight.
When it comes to conquering fear, understanding what’s happening makes all the difference.
Feel the Fear and Fly Anyway!
We recently held a special event, where the authors came and told us about the writing of their new book, Feel the Fear and Fly Anyway. The authors are Father and Son, John and Roy Diggory. John is a retired Pilot and Training Standards Captain, and Roy has built his career in behavioural science, coaching, training, change management, and personal development.
“When Roy suggested that we write this book together, I thought it was a wonderful opportunity to combine our passions and to share my reassurance with those who find air travel challenging. I’ve always loved flying, and I hope that my years of experience and insider knowledge will help others truly understand just how safe it is to fly.”
Roy struggled with a fear of flying, but loves exploring new places and has travelled widely for both work and pleasure.
“The original title for this book was going to be Third Time Lucky, as I’m the third, and luckiest, Roy in the family. The two before me lost their lives in plane crashes, so it’s no surprise I developed an intense fear of flying. Learning to live with and manage that fear has been essential, because I love to travel, and there are still so many destinations on my bucket list. In Feel the Fear and Fly Anyway, I share the strategies that helped me cope with flying, in the hope they can help others too.”
Feel The Fear And Fly Anyway is available on Amazon.
