How do I get to you?2023-07-31T12:28:35+00:00

Driving: We are 5 mins drive from Junction 10 of the M1.  Take the A1081 New Airport Road, to the roundabout where the airport hotels are located on your left. At this roundabout take the 2nd exit into Percival Way. Go past the private jets and fuel depot and turn left at Percival House into Prospect Way. At the T-junction turn right and we are about 100m on the right.
Train: Luton Station is 10 mins taxi ride away
Coach: National Express coaches and a local bus stop outside the main passenger terminal
Fly: The main passenger terminal is a 12 mins walk away and Signature Aviation Private Jet Terminal is 5 mins walk away. We can arrange for you to be collected.

Do you have car parking?2023-07-10T10:04:19+00:00

Yes you can park free right outside our door.

When can I have my session?2023-08-01T13:05:36+00:00

You can book your session from early morning to late in the evening, 7 days a week, subject to availability.  When you buy a session online we will contact you to discuss how we can make your session most tailored to you and when you would like to book it in.  If it is for a gift simply get the recipient to contact us when convenient.

Can I bring friend?2023-07-10T10:05:17+00:00

You can bring up to 2 people with you to watch your experience. They are welcome to sit at the front of our 737 cabin where they will have a good view of you piloting our flight sim, or stand next to our R22 sim. (You are responsible for their conduct and must keep children supervised at all times).

Is there a minimum age restriction?2024-02-19T15:01:02+00:00

No, but for optimum enjoyment and benefit we suggest our simulator experience may not be suitable for children under 12 years. Although we have seat boosters available, younger and smaller children under 12 years may struggle to see out of the windscreen and you need to see where you are going! Children under 18 years need to be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Do you have disabled access?2023-07-31T12:26:02+00:00

Yes. We are on the ground floor and there is a ramp to access the main entrance door to the building.  In the 737 we have wheelchair access in the cabin and in the R22 you can get right up next to the sim. If it is your session you need to be able to transfer into the pilot’s seats, which have quite restricted access in both sims. There is a communal disabled toilet for our building on the ground floor.

How long are your session vouchers valid for?2023-07-10T10:06:19+00:00

One year from purchase (unless there are extenuating circumstances)

What happens if I cannot make it to my session?2023-08-31T08:30:50+00:00

As long as you give us a minimum of 48 hours’ notice by telephone or email, you can rebook your session for another date.  Unless there are exceptional circumstances if it is less than 48 hours, you cannot rebook your session.

Do you have refreshments?2023-08-31T08:31:42+00:00

We will serve you tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks. You may want to consider extending your session with a celebratory brunch, lunch, or tea, catered by the high end catering company just near us that supplies in flight catering for the executive jets you passed on the way to us.

For allergy reasons please do not bring food or drink into our premises.

Do medical issues affect my experience?2023-07-31T12:27:43+00:00

Due to the realistic nature of our flight simulators, if you have, but not limited to this list, balance issues, vertigo, epilepsy, or suffer from nausea or travel sickness, it may not be for you. If in doubt as to its suitability please consult your medical practitioner before purchasing a session.
Also as our flight simulators are exactly the same as a real world 737 and R22, space is quite restricted and you need to be reasonably agile to get in and out of the pilot’s seats.

Can I take photographs and video?2023-07-10T10:07:22+00:00

Yes you can take as much as you want during your session.  We also offer for sale souvenir pictures and certificates from your experience, and Voyager Flight Simulation branded merchandise.

Can I rebook after my session?2023-07-10T10:07:43+00:00

For sure. We would love to see you back and will give you a time limited discounted voucher for your next flight with us.

What Covid Precautions do you take?2023-09-29T12:41:55+00:00
We have hand sanitiser and masks are available. All contact points in the sims are wiped down with anti virus and anti bacterial wipes between sessions. If you are immunocompromised we suggest you consult your medical practitioner before booking as cockpits are all enclosed spaces, and you will be less than 1m away from your instructor.
