Voyager Flight Simulation Limited reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without notice and changes are effective immediately. If you have made a purchase, including 3rd party vouchers, we will assume you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
- Payment is required in full prior to your session
- Cancellation – other than in exceptional circumstances 48 hours notice is required to alter the time and
date of your session otherwise your session fee will be forfeit. - If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your session it will be up to the instructor whether the session will go ahead. The session may be curtailed or cancelled and you will not receive a refund or be able to rebook. If you fail to turn up for your session, and there are no exceptional circumstances, no refund will be made and you cannot rebook your session.
- Abusive and aggressive behaviour by you or your friends/guests, and being intoxicated by drink or drugs will not be tolerated. If your instructor and our staff feels you are not handling our equipment with care and you or your friends/guests not interacting courteously with our staff your session may be ended, you will be asked to leave our premises and you will not receive a refund. Furthermore you will not be allowed to book further sessions with us.
- No food or drink is allowed in the simulator at any time
- If you suffer from vertigo, balance issues, or any medical issue you think relevant to your session, you must inform your instructor at the start of your session. You use our simulators at your own risk. If you have any concerns regarding your suitability for undergoing a session please see your Doctor before booking and using our simulators
- Gift certificates are non refundable, and expire within 12 months of issue. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed gift certificates or those used without the owner’s permission
- There is no age restriction, but small children may struggle to see out particularly in the Boeing 737. Also please remember cockpits are small places so you need to be reasonably agile to get into the pilots seats. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult
- You may bring up to two non flying guests with you
- CCTV records 24 hours a day 7 days a week throughout our premises
- For publicity and marketing we may ask to take photographs and film for use on our website, social media, marketing material and publications. You have the right to refuse.
- To comply with the Data Protection Act 1984 we record your name, mobile, address and email for the purposes of booking and to keep you up to date with promotions and news. We do not share your details with any third parties
- Force Majeure – The performance of your booking is subject to alteration or cancellation by the Voyager Flight Simulation, its employees and agents, owing to any cause beyond their control e.g. illness, accident, traffic congestion, civil disturbance, war, terrorist activity, strike, act of G-d. In the event of cancellation or curtailment by Voyager Flight Simulation due to these circumstances or in the unlikely event of failure of simulator equipment, failure of computer equipment or software failure, a refund only up to or part there-of the total booking will be given. Alternatively you will be offered another session. Voyager Flight Simulation’s liability is strictly limited to the value of your booking and you will indemnify Voyager Flight Simulation against all costs, claims and demands by third parties in respect of any such loss referred to.
